Just as consistent exercise/activity helps boost your energy, moods, focus, body functioning (organs (skin), brain functioning, muscle control) sleep, memory, concentration, and motivation among many other benefits so does the kind of food you put in your body.
Eating 'well' is something that not everybody has equal access to. Factors such as parent/guardian purchasing/preparing meals for you, time available to family to cook 'whole' meals, money available for quality food can determine what you are able to eat. The purpose of this self reflection eating journal is to educate.
